Some key notes from the panel:
- According to Chris Hemsworth, Thor is having a "midlife crisis" as this film begins, which should prove to be at least somewhat related to the loss of his golden locks.
- Mark Ruffalo on the evolution of Hulk coming into this film: "Hulk refuses to turn back into Banner. He's enjoying his time as a gladiator champion. He kicks a lot of 'A'... And he has the vocabulary of a 2-year-old."
- Jeff Goldblum's character is Grandmaster. For those unaware, this makes him the third Elder of the Universe to appear in the MCU, along with The Collector (Benicio Del Toro) and Ego the Living Planet (Kurt Russell).
- Director Taika Waititi (What We Do in the Shadows) gave himself a part in the film as CGI character Korg, a creature made of rock whose voice Taika based off of "Polynesian Bouncers" that he has met in the past.
